Section 14: Powers and functions of Secretary

(1) Subject to the general supervision of the Aut Secretary horny, the of the Committee shall he responsible to the Committee forproper administration and management of the Library.

(2) The Secretary shall convene meetings.

(3) The Joint Secretary shall assist the Secretary in the •discharge ofhis duties. •In the absence of the Secretary , the joint Secretary shall perform the duties of the Secretary.
