Section 22: Overall supervision of the Chief Administrative Officers (CA()) and appointment of employees

(1)All Group-A Officers (other than C,A0) and other employees of the Council shall be appointed by the Council mid shall work under the overall guidance of the Chi efAdministrative Officer of the Council.

(2) The Council may. with the previous approval of the State Goverrunent, recruit and appoint Group-A officers and other employees on the basis of the regulations made in this behalf.

(.3) The Council shall hate the poser to make regulations for duties and responsibilities of the Group-A officers and other employees of the Council after approval of the State Government.
