(1) Within such period after the publication of a statement under section 8 as may be prescribed, the Project Authority shall, in accordance with rules made under this Act, republish the statement with such modifications as he may have made as a result of representations submitted to him within the prescribed period by persons whose names were included therein, and, subject to any decisions by any revisional or appellate authority, all entries in the statement as thus republished shall be presumed for the purposes of this Act to be correct in every particular.
(2) If the Project Authority makes any modification in the statement referred to in sub-section (1), he shall serve on the person concerned a revised notice of demand in the prescribed form and manner and containing the prescribed particulars.
