Section 1: Short title, commencement and application

West Bengal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018Central Rules · 2014

(1) These rules may be called the West Bengal Urban Street Vendors (Protection of livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018.

(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.

(3) It extends to the areas of the local authori(y in West Bengal as defined in clause (C) of sub-section (I) of section 2 of the Act.
