Section 16: Legal proceedings etc. to continue

West Bengal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018Central Rules · 2014

Any suit or other legal proceeding instituted or any action taken, which but for the making of these rules would have been instituted or taken by or against the State Government or any local authorities, may be continued or instituted by the Local authorities or the State Gov_emment, as the case may be.
