Section 5: Temporary Association of persons with Town Vending Committee

West Bengal Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Rules, 2018Central Rules · 2014

(1) The Town Vending Committee may associate with itself, any person whose assistance or advice it may desire in carrying out its function.

(2) A person so associated under sub-section (1) for any purpose shall have a right to take part in the discussions relevant to that purpose, but shall not have a right to vote at a meeting of the committee and shall not be a member for any other purpose.
