Section 8: The manner of maintaining of record

(1) The soft and hard copy of the records of the Town Vending Committee shall be maintained in the place to be allotted by the Local authority concern.

(2) The street/road plan with the existing site of the street vending should be a permanent record with the Town Vending Committee, keeping into consideration of the following, that:

(a) The Urban Local Bodies will prepare ward-wise list of road and will assign the serial no. of the road in each ward.

(b) The stall nos. will be in the following manner: Ward No. I Serial No. of the Street within the ward I Stall No.
