Section 12: The following shall be the officers of the University, namely

The Swami Vivekananda University Act, 2019State Act of West Bengal · Act 15 of 2019

(a) the Chancellor;

(b) the Vice-Chancellor;

(d) the Registrar;

(e) the Law Officer;

(f) the Chief Finance Officer;

(g) the Controller of Examinations; and

(h) such other persons as may be declared by the Statutes of the University to be the officers of the University.
