The West Bengal Town And Country ( Planning And Development ) Act, 1979State Act of West Bengal · Act 13 of 1979

(1) The State Government, after the commencement of this Act, shall, for the purpose of carrying out the functions asssigned to it under this Act, constitute by notification an Advisory Board to be called the West Bengal Town and Country Planning Advisory Board (hereinafter referred to as the Board).

(2) The Board shall consist of a Chairman, two Vice-Chairmen and not more than 45 other members.
