The West Bengal Traffic Regulation Act, 1965State Act of West Bengal · Act 15 of 1965

(1) This Act may be called the West Bengal Traffic Regulation Act, 1965.

(2) It extends to the whole of West Bengal.

(3) It shall come into force on such date and in such area as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint: and different dates may be appointed for different areas.
