The West Bengal Trees ( Protection And Conservation In Non-forest Areas ) Act, 2006State Act of West Bengal · Act 10 of 2006

(1) The State Government may, by notification, amend the Schedule.

(2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as may be after it is issued, be laid before the State Legislature.

8. Shorea robusta (Sal)

9. Swietenia mahogony (Mahogony)

10. rectum grandis (Teak/Segun)

11. Mangrove trees.
