The West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Act, 2007State Act of West Bengal · Act 24 of 2007

(1) The Board shall prepare in every financial year, in such form and at such time as may be prescribed, an annual report giving a full account of its activities during the previous fmancial year and a copy thereof shall be forwarded to the State Government.

(2) The State Government shall cause the annual report to be laid, as soon as may be after its receipt, before the State Legislature.
