The West Bengal Unorganised Sector Workers Welfare Act, 2007State Act of West Bengal · Act 24 of 2007

(1) The Board shall, with the approval of the State Government, appoint its own officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions under this Act.

(2) The terms and conditions of appointment and the salary and other allowances payable to the officers and employees of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed.
