The Upendra Nath Mukherjee Memorial Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982State Act of West Bengal · Act 18 of 1982

(1) The Upendra Nath Mukherjee Memorial Hospital Acquisition Ordinance, 1982, is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
