Section 2: Definitions

The West Bengal Valuation Board ( Registration Of Valuer-surveyor) Rules, 1993State Rules of West Bengal · 1978

In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) "Act" means 3[the West Bengal Valuation Board Act, 1978] (West Ben. Act LVII of 1978);

(b) "Board" means the 4[West Bengal Valuation Board] established under section 4;

5[(d) "valuer-surveyor" means a valuer-surveyor Grade I, or a valuersurveyor Grade 11, registered as such under section 8B.]
