(1) No person shall carry on the business of a trophy Busi fits e dealer or a dealer in pet animals except under and in accord- cert be ante with the conditions of a business certificate granted under obtained this chapter. for dealing in

(2) Nothing in this section shall require any person to trophies obtain a business certificate— and pet animals.

(i) for possessing pet animals, not exceeding twelve in number, or

(ii) for possessing trophies which have been lawfully acquired by him, provided such animals or trophies are kept by him for his individual use or benefit.
