Section 8: Reporting of details of Scheduled Specimen and transaction thereof

Wild Life (Protection) International Trade of Specimens Rules, 2023Central Rules · 1972

Every person engaging in trade of specimen of species listed in Schedule IV shall report the details of the scheduled specimen and the trade to the Management Authority in Form V within thirty days of such trade.
