Section 10: Vegetable matter

Wool Grading and Marking Rules, 1975Central Rules · 1937

(a) The percentage of vegetable matter present in wool of the various grade designations shall be as specified in Schedules I to VI.

(b) No wool containing vegetable matter in excess of the percentage specified shall be allowed for export.

(c) The percentage of vegetable matter shall be determined in the manner approved by the Agricultural Marketing Adviser to the Government of India.
