Section 12

The Young India Skills University, Telangana (Public-Private Partnership) Act, 2024State Act of Telangana · Act 13 of 2024

(1) The Chief Minister of Telangana shall be the Chancellor of the University;

(2) The Chancellor shall, by virtue of his office, be the Head of the University and shall when present, preside at convocations of the University;

(3) The Chancellor shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be conferred on or vested in him by or under the provisions of this Act.
