Section 11: In the principal rules, in rule 18,- (A) for sub-rule (1), the following sub-rule shall be substituted, namely

"(1) Ammonium Nitrate shall be imported by the importer only in bagged form and the importer shall authorise stevedore having valid licence under these rules for suitable packing, if required";

(B) in sub-rule (2), for the words “stevedoring agent”, the word “stevedore” shall be substituted;

(C) in sub-rule (3), for the words “stevedoring agent”, the word “stevedore” shall be substituted;

(D) in sub-rule (4), the words “the Licensing Authority and”, shall be omitted;

(E) in sub-rule (5), in clause (b), for the word, letters and figure “Form CE-1”, the word, letter and figure “Form C-1” shall be substituted;
