Section 12: In the principal rules, in rule 19, after sub-rule (3), the following sub-rule shall be inserted, namely

“(4) The exporter shall submit copy of bill of lading and return in Form R-12 to the Chief Controller, on export of each consignment as soon as it is dispatched from Indian sea port or border.".

13. In the principal rules, in rule 21, in sub-rule (6), for the word "storehouse", the words “store house or Ammonium Nitrate melt tank” shall be substituted.
