17. In the principal rules, in CHAPTER VII, in the heading, the word “TRANSFER” shall be omitted.

18. In the principal rules, in rule 29, in sub-rule (1),- (A) in clause (b), for the words “from a store house”, the words “of Ammonium Nitrate” shall be substituted;

(B) in clause (c), after the word "store house", the words “or Ammonium Nitrate melt in tank” shall be inserted;

(C) in clause (d), after the word "store house", the words “or Ammonium Nitrate melt in tank” shall be inserted.
