The other allowances and conditions of service of the Chairperson and the whole-time member shall be such as may be determined by the Central Government at the time of their appointment;
Provided that in respect of any matter for which it has not been specifically determined by the Central Government, the allowances and other conditions of service as is applicable to the officer of the highest rank in the Authority shall apply to the Chairperson and the whole-time member.
Provided further that the Chairperson and the whole-time member shall be entitled to the payment of Productivity Linked Incentive Scheme, Proficiency Allowance, etc. at the same rates as is applicable to the officer of the highest rank of the Authority.
