The procedure laid down for dealing with complaints in sub - rule (7) of rule 3, sub - rules ( 1), (2), (3) and (4 ) of rule 5, sub - rules ( 1), (2 ), ( 3) and ( 5 ) of rule 8 rule 9 and rule 10 shall also apply to information received by the Director under these rules.
