Section 3: FWng of applications and complaints

Adjudicating Authority (Procedure) Regulation dated 18-3-2013Central Regulations · 2003

(1) Every application, complaint, pleading, __affidavit and other papers to be filed before the Adjudicating Authority shall be fairly, legibly type-written or printed in Hindi , or English on durable white foolscap folio paper of Metric A-4 size (30.5 ems;

long and 21.5 ems. wide) on the one side of paper only in double space'with left margin or 5 cms. and right margin of 2.5 ems. paginated, indexed and' stitched together in the paper book form.

(2) The complaint or application shall contain the e-mail address of the complainant or the applicant as the case may be, and the defendants, if available.

(3) The complainant or the applicant, as the case may be, shall file a soft co,Py in CD form, along with the Complaint or Application, as the case may be.
