Section 19

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Town and Country Planning Regulation, 1994Regulations · 1994

(1) Any person aggrieved by an order of the Town Planner made under this Regulation, may prefer an appeal to the Administrator within thirty days from the date of the order appealed against:

Provided that the Administrator may, entertain an appeal after the expiry of the said period of thirty days if he is satisfied that there was sufficient cause for not filling it within that period.

(2) An appeal under sub-section (1) shall be made in such form and shall be accompanied by a copy of the order appealed against and by such fee as may be prescribed.

(3) The Administrator may, after giving the parties to the appeal an opportunity of being heard, pass such orders thereon as he thinks fit, confirming,, modifying or annulling the order appealed against.

(4) The Administrator shall send a copy of every order passed by him to the parties to the appeal.
