Section 20

The Andaman and Nicobar Islands Town and Country Planning Regulation, 1994Regulations · 1994

(1) Any offence made punishable by or under his Regulation may, either before or after the institution of proceedings, be compounded by the Administrator.

(2) Where an offence has been compounded, the offender, if in custody, shall bs discharged and no further proceedings shall be taken against him in respect of the offence compounded.
