Section 26: Registrrtion of proceedings idmitted

The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (Procedure, Form, Fee and Record of Proceedings) Rules, 2007Central Rules · 2003

On admission of appeal or petition or caveat or application, the same shall he numbered and registered in the appropriate register maintained in this behalf and its number shall be entered therein.

27, Erprrtr lmcndmerts,- In every appeal or potition or application, arithmetical, grammatical, clerical and such other errors may be rectified on the orders ofthe Registrar without notice to Parties.

2E. Cetling for rccords.- On the admission ofappeal or petition or application the Registrar s-hall, if so directed by tlre Tribunal, call for the records relating.to the proceedings fronl the respective Commission or adjudicating authoriry- and retransmit the same at the conclusion ofthe proceedings or al any time.
