Where an appeal or Epplication or p€tition or other proceeding purported to be institutcd by or on behalfofan association, the person or persons who sign (s) or verify(ies) the same shall produce along with such applieation, for verifcation by the Registry, a true copy ofthe rcsolution of the association empowering such p€rsoi(s) to do so:
