Section 53: Filing of objecrions by respondent, form and consequences

The objections or counter shall be verified as an appeal or pelitioD and u,herever nerv facts arc souglrt to be introduced with the leave ofthe Tribunal for the firsl time. thc saute shall be al'firmed by a supponing ailidavit.

(2) The respondcnt. il'permitted to file objections or countcr in any' procoeding shall also file three copies thercofattcr sen'irrg copies ofthe sanre on the appcllant or petitioner or their Counsel on record or authorized represellati\e, ar the case may be.
