Section 3: In rule 3 of the Principal Rules, after sub-rule (1) (a) (b) and (c), the following sub­ rules shall be inserted, namely

"l (A) Vice Chairperson.

(a) Status:- Protocol .facilities shall be equivalent to the rank of the Minister of State (Arunachal Pradesh or to be decided by the State Government) during the State/ceremonial functions

(b) Salary:- The Vice Chairperson of the Commission shall receive a fixed salary ofRs. 7,500/- (Rupees seven thousand five hundred) only per mensern.

(c) The conditions of service of the Vice Chairperson relating to traveling allowances j·didence conveyance facilities, sumptuary allowance, medical facilities a~d other facilities shah be such as are, for the time being applicable to the Secretary to the'Government of Arunachal Pradesh
