They will be directly recruited or filled by deputation and their terms of appointment, qualification, wages etc, will be regulated in accordance with instructions issued by the State Government from lime to time.

5. In rule 3,4,5,6, and 8 the words "Vice Chairperson" shall be inserted in between the . words ,. Chairperson and member" wherever applicable.
