Section 18: Resignation

Arunachal Pradesh Medical Council Rules, 2006State Rules of Arunachal Pradesh · 2004

The President may at any time resign his/ her office by a notice in writing addressed to the Council and delivered to the Registrar. The resignation shall take effect from the date on which it is accepted by the Council or on the expiry of60 days from the date of the delivery of the notice whichever event occurs earlier.

A member desiring to resign his / her seat in the Council shall send his resignation in writing to the President and his/her resignation shall take effect from the date specified by him /her and in case no such date is mentioned, from the date of receipt of his/ her letter, whichever is later.
