Section 19: Filling up of Casual vacancy

When a casual vacancy occurs by reason of death or resignation of a member, a report shall be made forthwith by the President to the StateGovernment who shall take steps to have the vacancy filled for the remaining period by nomination or election as the case may be; by the Authority.
