(l) The Government/villoge outhorities sholl provide, lree of cost, ot leost one ('l m) meter wide lond on both sides ol roods, steets, povements etc in Urbon, Semi-urbon ond rurol oreo for loying of pipelines by the Public Heolth Engineering &Woter Supply Deportment.
(2) No person sholl without permission of the competent outhority construct ony privote street, building, woll, fence or other structure over ony lond or pipes or moins belonging to the deportment.
(3) lf ony privote street is constructed or ony building, woll, fence or other structure is erected on ony lond or pipes or moins belonging to the deportment, the competent outhority moy remove or couse to remove the some os moy be provided in thisAct, or ony other low for the time being in force.
(4) The expenses incurred by the competent outhority in so doing sholl be poid by the owner ofthe privote street or of the building, fence, woll or other structure or os the cose moy be, by the person controvening the Act ond sholl be recoveroble os orreors of lond revenue.
