(l) No compensotion for the lond used lor construction of Reinforced Concrete Cement structures like heodworks, sedimentotion, storoge tonks etc ot privote londs sholl be poid by the deportment excepts the volue of ossets stonding or creoted on it.

(2) No cloim for compensotion sholl be poid in lieu of woter sources which ore being used for topping woter by the deportment for public use.
