Limitotion of Prosecution : No court sholl toke cognizonce of ony offence punishoble under this Act unless comploint thereof is mode within two month from the dote on which the olleged commission oI offence come to the knowledge of Superintending Engineet Executive Engineer or ony such especiolly empowered officer hoving jurisdiction over lhe ploce of occurrence.

28. Protection of oction token in good foith : No suit, prosecution or other legol proceedings sholl lie ogoinst ony officer or stoff of the Deportment for onything which is done in good foith or intended to be done under theAct or the rules mode thereunder.
