(l ) The Government moy, by notificotion, moke rules for oll or ony of the proyisions of the Act for implementofion of the Act.
(2) Every rule mode under this Act sholl be loid, os soon os moy be , before the Legislotive Assembly, while it is in session for o totol period of one month which moy be comprised in one session or in two or more successive sessions, ond if the House ogrees in moking ony modificotion in the rule or the House ogrees thot the rule should not be mode, the rule sholl hove ef{ect only in such modified form or be of no effect, os lhe cose be, however, thot ony such modificotion or onnulment sholl be without prejudice to the volidity of onything previously done under thot Rule.
