In these rule s, unless the context otherwise requi res, -

(a) 'Act' means the AssamApartments(Construction andTransferofOwncrship)Act, 2006, (Assam Act XXI of2 007) ;

(b) 'Form' means a form appe nded to these rules;

(d) Words and expressions used in these rules and not defined but defined in the Act, shall have the meanings respectively ass igned to them in the Act.
