The Assam Don Bosco University Act, 2009State Act of Assam · Act 9 of 2009

(1) For furthering the advancement of learning and prosecution of higher education and research, there shall be established a Private University under the name and style “The Assam Don Bosco University” in the State of Assam.

(2) The details regarding name, location, jurisdiction and Infrastructure of the said University are mentioned in the Schedule appended to this Act.
