(1) The Assam Don Bosco University Ordinance, 2008 is hereby repealed.

(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.

3. Jurisdiction : Extending over the State of Assam.

(iii) Endowment Fund Rupees Two Crore in Government Securities

(v) Laboratories Area = 360 sq. metres Equipments for Physics, Chemistry, Electronics, Mechanics
(vi) Workshop Area = 550 sq. metres Equipments = Lathes, Grinders, Smithy, Welding, Sets, Carpentry & Fitting Section
(vii) Computer Laboratory Area = 183.62 sq. metres with 64 computers, 3 server, 4 printers
(viii) Computing Centre Area = 45 sq. metres with 30 computers
(ix) Language Lab Area = 45 sq. metres with 31 computers
(x) Back up Generator with a capacity of 75 KVA
(xi) Transformer with a capacity of 150 KW
(xii) Residentiai Facilities/Guest Rooms: 30 rooms at Kharghuli, 4 rooms at Azara
(xiii) Land for playgrounds, hostels, staff quarters.
