The Guwahati Metropolitan Drinking Water and Sewerage Board Act, 2009State Act of Assam · Act 10 of 2009

(1) The Government may make grants to the Board for the purpose of carrying Grants and loans to the Board out the objects of this Act on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.

(2) The Government may, from time to time, advance loans to the Board for the purposes of this Act on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
