For sub = Section (3) an d the exp lanatio n below it in Section 2 o f the Prin cipal Act the fo llowing shall be substituted, namely :— “ (3) Liq uor means arty intoxica ting liqu or and includes all liqu id consisting Of or con tain ing alcohol^ also Ta ri conta ini ng alcohol and Pachwai in any form and any subs tance which the Sta te Gover nment ma y, by not ific atio n, declare to be liquor for the purp ose o f this Act;

Expldnnticns*— (i) This definition shall not apply to hny toile t pfe paration o r medic ine con tain ing alcohol.
