Removal of difficulties.

43, With the prior approval of the Government, the University may make *ppropnute provisions for thc benefit of its officers, teachers and other-cmployees under its control in mattcrs of lrnsion, insurancc and provident firnd and for such othcr bcnefits as it may dcem fit, in such manncr .N may be prescribed by the Statutes.

If any difliculty arises as to the first constitution of any Authority of the University or otherwise in first giving effect to the provisions of thii Act after the comrnencement of this Act, the Smrc Oovcmment may) by order, take suoh appropriate nece$sary astiorL which appasrs to it to be necessary for ttre puqpose of rcmoving the difficulties.
