Section 4: Amendment of sub-section (l) of Section 10

At the end of section (1) of Section 10 the semi-colo~ shall be _substituted by a full stop and following sentence shall be added, namely : - .

"The Commissioner shall register a dealer who fails to apply for reg tion within a specified time."
