Section 5: Amendment of clause (4) of Section 15

The Assam Sales Tax (Amendment) Act, 1954State Act of Assam · Act 12 of 1954

For clause (4) of Section of the Principal Act the following shall be substituted, namely :- "('1.) In respect of articles specified below the per centum as shown "'<>'""''"':

each item of the balance remaining after making the deductions ad under clauses (l), {2) and (3).

l. Luxury goods as specified in Schedule L.. Five and

2. Cigarettes, cigars, and smoking tobacco ...

in sealed containers.
