Section 10: Renewal of Contract and Re-employment

बिहार राज्य आपदा प्रबंधन प्राधिकरण (कृत्य एवं प्रबंधन) नियमावली, 2012State Rules of Bihar · 2013

(1) The Secretary may renew the contract at the end of 3 yoars with the approval of the committee mentioned in rule 6 (1) ().

(2) Upon renewal, the remuneration may be increased for the next 12 months up to 10% by Vice Chairperson. Increment beyond 10% shall need approval of the Authority.
