Section 23: District Road Safety Committee

बिहार सड़क सुरक्षा परिषद् नियमावली,2018.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

The current District Road Safety Committee constituted earlier under Section 215 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, vide notification no 5576 dated 11th July 1996 shall be reconstituted as per Rule 24 of these Rules.

(1) There shall be a District Road Safety Committee in every District.
