Section 5: Non-Governmental Members

बिहार सड़क सुरक्षा परिषद् नियमावली,2018.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

(1) Three persons who are experts in the field of road safety, to be nominated by the Government of Bihar, out of which one shall be, a woman;

(2) Two members from the registered Transport Unions to be nominated by the Government of Bihar;

(3) Two Members from NGOs/Institutions etc working in the field of Road Safety to be nominated by the Government of Bihar;

(4) The nominated members of the Council shall hold office for a period of two years from the date of nomination and they may be nominated for one more term.
