Section 6: Cessation of membership of the Council

बिहार सड़क सुरक्षा परिषद् नियमावली,2018.State Rules of Bihar · 1988

A member of the Council will cease to be a member if

(1) he expires, or

(2) he resigns from the membership, or

(3) he is proven guilty of moral turpitude involving punishable offence, or

(4) he is absent without assigning reason in three consecutive meetings of the Council.

(5) the Government may remove any nominated member from the membership of the Council.
